A little about us.... As the board’s name suggests, Stargate Command RPG forum is primarily a roleplaying site (or interactive fan-fiction writing). Currently, we have two RPGs in progress, Stargate Atlantis: Invictus and Stargate SG-1: Quest. We have less than ten full-time writers portraying a number of different characters. Our interests lay in creating excellent interactive fan-fiction, both for the enjoyment of portraying these characters and for others to read and enjoy. The RPG sections of the board are open to all for reading and some interaction with the Players/Writers. Currently, joining the actual RPGs as a Player/Writer is By Invitation Only or by Soliciting an Invitation. How to do this is detailed under Forum Rules at the top of the main page. Click on the dropdown menu and select RPG Rules and Information.
We have recently opened up forums for Stargate Fans (Stargate, Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, Stargate Universe). This section is a work in progress and we hope the fans themselves will tell us what kinds of forums and other information they would like to see on the board. You must register to have access to posting. This is an unfortunate requirement made necessary by the number of those online with a desire only to spam or create mischief. You will also be directed to read the forum rules before being allowed into the forums for posting. Whether you actually read them or not, you will be held accountable for following the forum rules and subject to having your membership revoked for continued and/or serious infractions. Our registration process is a tad complex, but in the end, it will make for a more enjoyable experience at our forums. We hope you consider joining our community and become active in helping it grow and cater to the fans of Stargate. If you choose not to join, you are still welcome to stop in occasionally and read the RPGs or catch up on the latest Stargate news. Either way, thank-you for stopping by to look us over.
