We have quite a lot of writing to do on SG-1's RPG right now. However, it's never too early to start thinking and planning what, if anything, you would like to do with your characters during the Aftermath chapters of the RPG.

The Aftermath chapters are exactly what they sound like...the events that occur after an episode that we rarely, if ever, saw addressed in the TV series itself but are vital to character development and interaction in an RPG. It's the chance to clean-up details, get interaction with characters unavailable during the mission/episode, etc.

You can discuss your Aftermath ideas/requests in this forum by setting up a topic or privately via PM or IM. We will decide a bit later where to move the various discussions etc.

:urock: Everyone is doing a great job at posting and communicating. I think the SGA and SG-1 new RPG launches are some of the smoothest we've had.

Brief Synopsis:

Daniel is tying up some loose ends on base before taking a bit of personal leave. He has Gabriel with him.

Eva and Daniel renew their friendship and catch up on one another's lives. Eva meets Gabriel.

Update from Eva: I'm all good with this. Eva is going to love meeting Gabriel and re-affirming her friendship with Daniel.

[Penelope Adams]

Who: Penelope Adams, any on base willing to interact with her

When: Few days after the mission

Writing Estimate: 2-3 days

ST: Penelope Adams

Brief Synopsis: Penelope and Ambrosia are trying to deal with the current situation. Ambrosia is already taking in what she has learned about the current climate of the Tok'ra and that the Tok'ra doesn't sound like themselves any longer. Basically giving Penny and Ambrosia a chance to meet people on base that were not there before as she really can't return home considering her situation.

Daniel: I think we should be able to work out a brief scene where he, as the base's Welcome Wagon would check in on Penelope/Ambrosia to see how they are settling in.

Ryder: Daniel can also offer to take her to his gym where my "after hours" character of Ryder McKenna is. She can take on training Penny in HTH although she wouldn't be cleared to know about Ambrosia...we'll have to think on that one.

Jason: Less likely to interact with her beyond the official capacity unless we're going to put her on SG-13 UNTIL SG-2's new team becomes official. Can also play that by ear.

[Lt. Col. Evan Lorne]

Writing Estimate:

1 -2 days

Storyteller:

Colonel Lorne

Brief Synopsis:

Lorne spends some time with his team, SG-2, unaware that it's the last down time he will share with his team mates before their untimely end in the next RPG.

Objective is to put a face to these characters before they are killed so the true impact on Lorne can be felt in the next RPG and so those feelings can have ramifications for him forming his new team and how he approaches that.

Planning this it be something I write off board and just post here but if anyone is interested in being a part of it, please let me know!
